Payment & Scheduling Terms:

ONE-ON-ONE SESSION POLICY: In the event that a client needs to reschedule a mentorship session, they must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. No refunds will be given to clients for unused mentorship sessions unless 48 hours’ notice has been given. When a client pays for a session, or sessions, in advance they must use the mentorship session(s) that they have purchased for within 6 months of their first payment, or their payment will be forfeited. If a client wishes to discontinue their mentorship package, the client may terminate their mentorship contract at any time in writing. Any remainder owed at the time of cancellation will become due immediately. Refunds on payments made against future sessions will be at the discretion of The Intentional Life. In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, The Intentional Life can decide to terminate the service to the client early or refuse to provide further sessions to the client. In such a circumstance the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by The Intentional Life where practicable, and will be refunded any advance payments made for mentorship sessions not yet provided.

GROUP WORK POLICY: All members of group work and offerings must cancel their plans via email addresses to within the first 14 days after initial payment to receive a full-refund. After the 14th day, members revoke their right to all refunds. Month-to-Month Membership payment plans may be canceled before the 1st of each month. Quarterly Membership payment plans may be canceled before 1st of the next quarter. Annual Membership payment plans may be canceled before 1st of the next year. After the 1st day of the new month/quarter/year a new commitment plan has been initiated and cannot be canceled nor can refunds be redeemed after that date (14 day money back guarantees only apply to the first 14 days after the first initial payment entering into membership, NOT new commitment plans restarted by current members). Should a member violate the Terms of Service agreed upon signup, the member will face expulsion from the group and find their payment plan terminated without refund, no matter their length of stay. The Intentional Life holds the right to change the content and facilitators of the group at any time. Such changes do not qualify participants to refunds of any kind.

DESIGN WORK POLICY: Once a design package is purchased the client has 48 hours to request a full refund and 7 days to request a 50% refund. After the 7th day, clients revoke their right to all refunds, regardless of the start time of the design process. The only circumstance in which a partial refund may be given after the 7th day is in the event of emergency where the designers are unable to complete your project. In this circumstance, all work completed thus far will be tallied at the rate of $25/hour, a partial refund of the difference will be issued if applicable. Clients who have expended all of the design hours in their package are ineligible for refunds of any kind. All design work is entered into with the mutual understanding and agreement to work within the limitations of the design package purchased by the client, without expectation of any additional work to be completed outside of the specifications of your design package. Additional hours and/or revisions beyond those included in your design package may be purchased at the rate of $25/hour, and must be paid within 48 hours of billing. Refusal to pay for additional hours will result in the termination of all further design work, regardless of the state of a project, and a collection agency will be called in to retrieve any outstanding payments. Other reasons for termination of design work without refund include coercive, demanding, threatening, or disrespectful communication with the designers via email or phone. In the event that any of the above occurs, the client will receive notice of termination and a reminder that such actions revoke their right to refund regardless of personal losses.
